Develop with us
In our adaptation for future social services, we now operate a second-tier social service with a children's activity track. In our operations, we meet children who need coordinated and comprehensive interventions preceded by application and investigation – assistance decisions.
The second-tier social service consists of groups within investigation of children and youth respectively, special interventions, family foster care/contact activities including emergency home activities, and administrative support functions. Each group is led by a unit manager, and the operations as a whole by an operations manager. Within family foster care, there are two group leaders who support and supervise activities.
Do you want to make a difference for children and young people in vulnerable situations? We are now looking for an Emergency Home Secretary.
Your assignment
As an emergency home secretary, you work with recruitment, investigation, and supervision of emergency homes. You are an important part in ensuring that children who need acute placement receive a safe and stable environment.
You recruit and investigate emergency homes and network homes
You provide support and supervision to emergency homes and network homes
You and your nearest colleague work as a team around work with and around emergency homes, operational development, and methodological work.
You investigate matching consents for consultant-supported emergency homes
You provide support to investigators in their contact with consultant-supported family care companies
This is what we are looking for in you
Social work degree
Experience working in social services authority functions in the field of children and youth
Experience working in family foster care
Experience and training in family home investigation is meriting
Structured – able to organize, plan, and coordinate
Flexible and solution-focused
Correct Swedish in speech and writing
Knowledge of BBIC
Knowledge of Signs of Safety
Driver's license
Your competence
As a social secretary with us, it is natural that you enjoy collaboration with others but also that you can work independently. You have an easy time creating good relationships, you are responsive and clear in your communication. You have good knowledge of children's development and keep up with current research.
