Collection Advisor – International Team

At PS Finance Group, we are looking for a Collection Advisor to join our International Team. You will work with unpaid B2B invoices on behalf of our clients, with cases involving companies and individuals all over the world. This is a role for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving and who is not afraid to take the initiative. The role As a Collection Advisor in our International Team, you will be responsible for managing collection cases from start to finish. Our clients trust us to recover money that is owed to them, and your job is to find the best way forward. You will communicate with debtors, clients, authorities and business partners around the world, primarily in English. Your day may include anything from calling a company in another country to discuss an outstanding invoice, negotiating a payment arrangement, responding to emails, providing advice to a client or taking the next step in a legal process. Because we work across many different countries, attention to detail is important. Different markets have different requirements, processes and conditions, and you need to be able to keep track of the details while managing several cases at the same time. The role includes, for example: Managing and following up on international B2B collection cases Contacting debtors by phone and email to secure payment Negotiating payment arrangements and finding solutions Communicating with clients and providing professional service Investigating cases and determining the appropriate next step Working with authorities, legal partners and other international stakeholders Taking ownership of your cases and driving them forward Who are you? You enjoy communicating with people and feel comfortable using English as part of your everyday work. You might have experience from customer service, administration, sales, finance, collections or another role where communication and problem-solving have been important. But your background is not the most important thing to us. What matters is that you enjoy picking up the phone and driving results, while also being structured, detail-oriented and strong in administration. You are someone who: Communicates confidently and professionally in English, both spoken and written Is comfortable making outbound calls and communicating by email Is proactive and takes ownership rather than waiting for someone else to solve the problem Is persistent and motivated by achieving results Is structured, detail-oriented and comfortable handling administrative tasks Can manage several cases simultaneously without losing track of important details Is curious and enjoys learning Has basic Swedish skills, as Swedish is our internal working language Why join us at PS?
