The Care Chain Gothenburg is part of the Salvation Army's social work in Sweden, and serves men aged 21 and older with social problems and/or substance abuse issues. We offer placements both in our drug-tolerant housing at Lilla Bommen and at Nylösegården/Slussen, our motivational residences, where we work with those who need support in preventing relapse and support on the path to a functioning, drug-free life. As a supervisor, you have a combined role where you both lead staff and work practically in the operation. You have an important role in creating structure, quality, and a good work climate.
