The Service Office is the municipality's internal basic resource for technical and administrative service operations. IT Technician for Service Desk
The Service Office provides technical and administrative services to administrations and companies in Borås City. Our operations include everything from facility and workshop services to data services, building and property services, payroll and accounting services, as well as telephone service and switchboard operations. The Service Office operates without municipal budget allocation, but works in a business-like manner according to a model with clients and service providers. Approximately 400 people work at the Service Office. About the operation Borås City's IT Department, Data Services, is responsible for the operations of the entire Borås City network. The network currently consists of approximately 7,000 computers and 7,000 smartphones serving approximately 30,000 users. We are 50+ employees in the department, distributed across four units. Fredriksborgskolan will serve as the gateway to the new district Gässlösa, which is currently being built in southern Borås. The school will eventually receive around 850 students from preschool class through grade 9. The school has a primary school F-9, an adapted primary school 1-9, as well as municipality-wide teaching groups, making us a large, integrated school that benefits from each other's differences and adapts our teaching to students' varying needs. Job Responsibilities As a student assistant at Fredriksborgskolan F-6, you support students in learning situations and in social interaction, while promoting student well-being in the school environment. You provide support both to individual students and to student groups in various contexts. As a student assistant, you work closely with students and strengthen group dynamics.
