Previous experience with garden work is desirable and a strong interest in gardening is a merit. You work independently and have great opportunities to manage your own time. We schedule so that you have your own regular customers, which provides security for both the customer and staff. You are responsible, flexible, and solution-focused. You will be employed on an hourly basis and are not committed to anything without working on your terms. You will of course be insured and we follow collective agreements. Salary is individual and may vary from different assignments but always follows the agreement. We look forward to your application. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. Open to Everyone We focus on your skills, not your other circumstances. We are open to adapting the role or workplace to your needs.
