About the Work Your tasks will vary but mainly involve helping our customers with different types of garden work, such as grass/hedge trimming, planting plants, weeding, pruning shrubs and trees, etc. To work with us, it's great if you're interested in gardening and aren't afraid of getting a little dirt under your nails. We place great emphasis on personal suitability of our staff. Our customers are usually private individuals but can also be companies or housing associations. Previous experience with garden work is desirable and a strong interest in gardening is a merit. You work independently and have great opportunities to manage your own time. We schedule so that you have your own regular customers, which provides security for both the customer and staff. You are responsible, flexible, and solution-focused. You will be employed on an hourly basis and are not committed to anything without working on your terms. You will of course be insured and we follow collective agreements. Salary is individual and may vary from different assignments but always follows the agreement. We look forward to your application. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
