Kylslaget has been working with air-source heat pumps since 2007 and is today an established player in climate-smart solutions for private individuals and businesses. We are in an expansive phase and are now looking for an engaged and driven service technician who wants to be part of developing our customer experience. About the role As a service technician at Kylslaget, you will be a key person in our team. You will be responsible for: Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing air-source heat pumps at our customers' locations Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing air-source heat pumps at our customers' locations Working independently in the field, with the security of always having a team that supports you Solving problems on-site and ensuring the best possible customer experience Handling a fast pace and being flexible for a few trips with overnight stays each month The position is based mostly from Kungsbacka in Gothenburg, where we have a warehouse. The position also involves travel to other cities. The employment is a permanent position that begins with a six-month probationary period. Working hours are full-time, daytime Monday to Friday, and salary is provided in the form of a fixed monthly salary by agreement.
