About the Position In your role as a personal assistant, you help customers with whatever comes up in their daily lives. Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities). Each customer is unique and work tasks vary based on individual needs. The work may include, for example, helping with mobility, personal care, training and communication, as well as everyday chores and activities inside and outside the home. You respect the customer's self-determination and integrity and contribute to making everyday life function safely and smoothly.
