Traveling Service Technician

* Överaasen Sverige AB, based in Norrköping, is a subsidiary of Norwegian Øveraasen, a leading manufacturer of snow removal equipment. The company focuses on sales and service of machines for winter and summer maintenance, particularly targeted at airports, railways, and roads. The machines are used today at major international hubs such as Arlanda, Schiphol, and Charles de Gaulle. Överaasen is now seeking a service technician responsible for maintenance and technical support. The assignment includes service work for customers such as Svedavia, Försvarsmakten, Arlanda, and several regional airports. About the Position The role involves responsibility for repair, service, and maintenance of technically advanced equipment. Work is performed partly at Arlanda Airport, where on-call duty approximately one week per month is included, and partly through travel to customers in Sweden and around the world. In the role, you collaborate with colleagues in Sweden, Norway, and Germany. You will work from home. Job Description Most common tasks: - Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. - Troubleshooting and technical service on-site at customer locations. - Work with heavy mechanics and control systems. - International travel is a natural part of the position. We Are Looking for You with the following: - Technical basic education or equivalent experience. - Experience with heavy mechanics. - Knowledge of low voltage systems. - Good English skills. - The position requires approved security clearance. - Class B driving license It is also advantageous if you have: - Experience with digital diagnostic tools and CAN-bus (e.g., Danfoss Plus+1). - Experience with cloud-based systems for machine monitoring (Fleet Cloud). - Class C driving license As a person, you should be stress-resilient and have good interpersonal skills when meeting with customers.
