We are located in Jönköping as well as in Växjö, Värnamo, and Västervik. We offer both new and used motorhomes and caravans, and our service centers provide maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, and damage repairs. About the Job As a Service Advisor with us, you will use your drive and commitment to help our customers enjoy a safer experience with their recreational vehicles. Together with your colleagues, you will create an atmosphere in our customer service area that impresses our customers! Main Responsibilities: Sell, administer, and invoice workshop services, spare parts, and accessories Assist with workshop planning Manage delivery scheduling of sold items Handle warranties and insurance matters (Cabas) Plan so that workshop colleagues have the right parts for their work Trade-in inspections, moisture testing, and minor service work may occur During spring and summer, which is our peak season, we experience high demand, large customer flow, and many transactions across all departments. Excellent service, good atmosphere, and a cheerful attitude permeate our company, and it is important that these qualities are maintained even during peak season. With us, you are not just an employee and colleague but also an ambassador for our brand. About You You build strong relationships and have the ability to find the right solutions for customers. With your own drive and positive energy, you create a joyful work environment and can work both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in a role involving customer interaction and administrative tasks. You enjoy varied workdays and can handle unexpected situations with a solution-focused approach. You have good organizational skills and experience working in multiple systems daily.
