Särnmark's head office is located in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden. We are now seeking personal assistants for a customer who lives outside Sundsvall. If you are the right person for the assignment, you will have the opportunity for a full-time position. About the job as a personal assistant As a personal assistant, you become the customer's extended arms and legs – a reassuring presence that helps her live her life on her own terms. Tasks include support with transfers, personal care, household chores, and activities inside and outside the home. You assist and support the customer in everything in their daily life. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your tasks overall involve assisting the customer so that she has the conditions to live the life she wishes. There are animals in the home, so you should not be allergic to fur-bearing animals. Responsibilities Your tasks will range from personal hygiene, assistance with transfers, household work, cooking, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home. The customer works some distance from home, and you will get there by driving the customer's car, which will require you to have a valid driver's license. There are animals in the house that you help care for, so you cannot be allergic. You are calm, observant, and have a professional approach. You are interested in working closely with and helping another person live the daily life she wishes. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training about the role of personal assistant. About the employment The employment is for a fixed term as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and payment is on an hourly basis. Working hours vary according to the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekday and weekend.
