Parts and Accessories Sales Associate
Lantmännen Maskin imports and sells agricultural machinery, spare parts, and workshop services. We have approximately 600 employees and operate throughout Sweden. We are now looking to expand our team and are seeking a parts and accessories sales associate for our facility in Staffanstorp. Your Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will consist mainly of selling spare parts and accessories, both over the counter and through proactive telephone sales to both existing and new customers. Your customers are primarily agricultural businesses, contractors, and workshops. You will also work closely with our workshop on parts management as well as our machinery sales team, which includes handling some administrative tasks. On-call service may occasionally be required. What You Need to Succeed and Thrive: Experience or interest in agriculture/construction. Experience in sales to end customers. A strong drive and results-focused mindset. A team player who is also self-motivated. Skilled at building relationships. Good technical knowledge of the machinery and equipment used in agriculture/construction. Good computer skills. At times, the pace can be high, which requires attention to detail even in stressful situations. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities. Although the position involves some administrative work, the personal interaction with our customers is what matters most!
