Production Operator – Be part of building the future of battery technology Do you want to be involved in manufacturing next-generation batteries and contribute to the green transition? Vanadis Energy is developing the energy storage of the future through groundbreaking battery technology. Our proprietary vanadium solid-state battery (VSSB) represents a new generation of safe and high-performance energy storage systems with a manufacturing model that enables rapid global scaling. In parallel, we are also developing innovative zinc-ion batteries for a range of different applications. We are now seeking several Production Operators for our facility in Rosersberg. About the role As a Production Operator, you will be an important part of our production team. You will work practically with the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of battery cells and contribute to ensuring high quality, safety, and efficiency. We offer a varied role where you work closely with both production and engineers in an innovative environment where continuous improvements are a natural part of everyday work. Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Operate and monitor production equipment. Assemble, manufacture, and test battery cells and battery components. Handle materials, components, tools, and finished products according to established procedures. Perform quality control checks and document production results. Prepare, adjust, and clean production equipment and perform basic troubleshooting. Contribute to a safe, well-organized, and efficient workplace according to 5S principles. Report deviations, improvement suggestions, and safety observations. Collaborate with colleagues and support different areas of production as needed. We are looking for you You have a strong interest in technology and manufacturing. You are thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious. You enjoy practical work and like working in a team. You have a high safety mindset and follow instructions and procedures. You are flexible and adapt easily in a growing operation. You have good English skills. Swedish is an asset. Experience from manufacturing industry, process industry, or other production activities is an asset but not a requirement. Machine Operator at Waste Facility
Lapplands Lastmaskiner works with crushing/recycling of construction waste. From reception and sorting, to crushing and finally we load the material for further transport to heating plants. We have our workplaces in Stockholm and surrounding areas. We are now looking for a machine operator for a facility in Rosersberg. You will primarily sort incoming construction waste but also handle other tasks around crushing and loading. We are looking for someone who has a forklift operator certification and a B driver's license. If you have previously worked with recycling, that is a plus. We repair our machines ourselves to a large extent, so you need to have an interest in keeping your machine operational. If you have experience with service/repair work, this is an asset.
