Do you have a strong technical interest and experience in electronics manufacturing? Then you might be the one we're looking for! We are experiencing continued positive growth with a strong increase in incoming orders. To meet demand, we are now looking for an SMT operator who wants to be part of our team and contribute to our modern electronics manufacturing. Responsibilities As an SMT operator, you will work with your colleagues on the production of surface-mounted circuit boards (SMT) in a modern and automated production line. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and loading materials into the machines. Operating and monitoring all machines in the SMT line. Performing quality control and inspection of circuit boards. Maintaining machines and addressing minor operational issues. Repairing and processing circuit boards as needed. Our machinery includes: Screen printers Automatic 3D inspection (SPI) for solder paste verification Placement machines Soldering ovens Automatic 3D AOI inspection after the soldering process Who are we looking for? You have experience as an SMT operator or have worked in industrial production with machinery and have a strong technical interest. It is beneficial if you have: Experience with SMT placement machines. Experience with manual circuit board inspection. IPC Certificate Experience with circuit board repair and troubleshooting. We see that you: Are thorough and can work efficiently even at a fast pace. Are responsible and punctual; you are reliable, arrive on time, and take responsibility for your part of the production chain. Work well in teams and contribute to good team spirit. Have good computer skills. Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. About the Position Scope: Full-time Work schedule: Two shifts. Night shifts may occur as needed. Employment type: Fixed-term contract with good possibility of extension.
