JOB DUTIES You will work in a team around the residents together with other nursing assistants, care attendants, and a nursing care coordinator. The workplace uses individual scheduling in Multiaccess, which gives you the opportunity to influence your schedule. Care and service tasks including activation, cleaning, documentation. Simple health and medical care tasks on delegation. Support person for residents. QUALIFICATIONS • Nursing assistant education or equivalent. • Experience from similar work is a merit. • Great importance is placed on personal suitability; as a person, you are self-driven and responsible with high work ethic. • Your personality is characterized by an outgoing manner and positive approach toward your surroundings. • Flexibility is a quality we value in you. • A requirement is also being able to pass a knowledge test for medication and insulin delegation.
