Retail Sales Associate & Customer Service Representative

Do you want to be part of our journey from the start when we open our new store in Pajala? We're looking for a service-oriented retail sales associate and customer service representative who will be the face of our new operation. About TEED Group TEED Maintenance & Tires AB is part of the TEED Group. TEED Group is a growing company in northern Norrbotten operating in the automotive industry. Our business is built on four pillars: car rentals, used vehicle sales, workshop services, and retail sales of spare parts, accessories, and consumables. We focus on passenger and commercial vehicles, offering a complete solution for both private customers and businesses – from car rentals and vehicle purchases to service, repairs, and vehicle care. Our car rental division, which is our largest business segment, currently operates in both Kiruna and Gällivare. Vehicle sales and our workshop are based in Kiruna, and in 2026 we're taking the next step by establishing a store and customer service center in Pajala. We will also be opening another location in Norrbotten in the near future. Today we have approximately 20 employees – mechanics, sales staff, retail and customer service personnel, as well as dedicated business development staff and outside sales representatives, all passionate about vehicles and satisfied customers. We have a collective labor agreement and work long-term with both employees and customer relationships. About the Position We're opening a new store in Pajala selling spare parts, accessories, and consumables for cars and other vehicle types, including auxiliary lights, tires, and wheels. The store also serves as a customer service center for our workshop. The role is broad and suits you if you enjoy customer interaction and juggling multiple tasks. Your main responsibilities: • Sales and customer advice in the store – spare parts, accessories, auxiliary lights, tires, and wheels, etc. • Customer service for the workshop – booking customers, receiving keys, and handing over vehicles • Planning daily workshop jobs and distributing work to mechanics • Cash handling and payments • Ongoing customer contact – phone calls, follow-up, and quote requests • Ordering, receiving inventory, and keeping the store attractive and well-organized Who Are You? You are service-oriented, organized, and thrive in a role where you independently take responsibility for both the store and customer service. You communicate and collaborate easily – with customers, mechanics, and colleagues.
