Your work tasks include, among others: Receive and handle incoming safety alarms. Answer calls and create security through calm and professional interaction. Listen to the care recipient's needs and make assessments based on the current situation. When necessary, contact and coordinate the appropriate intervention according to established procedures. Handle and follow up on alarms and cases until they are resolved. Document calls, actions, and events according to established procedures. Manage and register information in the facility's digital systems. Communicate with care recipients, relatives, staff, and other relevant parties. Handle technical questions and simple troubleshooting related to safety alarms according to given procedures. Report deviations and identify follow-up needs. Administer customer information. Provide support to the customer choice program. Contribute to safe and quality-assured operations even during evenings, nights, and weekends. About You For this position, you need: Upper secondary education or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. Good digital skills and the ability to learn new systems easily. Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
