Lofsdalens Fjällanläggningar AB operates the ski facility with 9 lifts (including 2 modern 6-seat chairlifts) and 25 runs. In addition, we have a Sports Shop, Ski Rental, Ski School, Activities, Commercial Accommodations, Bike Park, Padel Court, Sky Bar and more. A winter with snow, mountains, skiing and joy, and a summer with cycling, hiking and fishing. We are now seeking a Team Leader for our Sports Shop and Reception. In the best location, just 10 meters from the nearest lift, our new Guest Center is situated. In this 3600 sqm Guest Center, we currently have the Sports Shop, reception, ski pass sales, ski school reception, ski rental, ski workshop, ski lockers, offices and staff facilities. In the Sports Shop, we sell equipment and clothing for winter. Our own Lofsdalen products are a major part of the store. Of course, we also sell ski clothing, helmets, ski goggles, gloves, base layers and much more. Behind the same counter, we also sell ski passes and have the ski school's reception, which means many guests pass through the building. Naturally, you'll help between the registers and with other sales in the building such as ski passes, ski school, etc. Beyond sales, you'll also have an important role in purchasing and inventory management. You will also have a team leader role for the reception/shop staff. You work closely with the Team Leader for Ski School, Team Leader for Ski Rental, Site Manager and Managing Director. In your team leader role, you lead the daily operations, support and develop your colleagues and address any problems that may arise during the day. The Sports Shop is also open during the summer, with a more summer-focused store layout with more focus on cycling, fishing and hiking. We are looking for someone with experience in the ski industry and retail sales. Experience working in a sports store, skiing, cycling, rental operations and sales training are assets. As a person, you should be organized and find it very easy to talk with people, enjoy sales and a fast-paced environment. You are thorough, calm and very social. You want to develop in your role and have good teamwork skills. You'll help create our own Lofsdalen products, so a sense for trends and colors is welcome. The Guest Center is a large building that includes reception, ski pass booths, new sports shop, new ski rental, key distribution for accommodations, offices and more. We are looking for a ski pass cashier/receptionist for our guest center. The work is highly varied and developmental as it includes selling ski passes (lift tickets), reception work, sales in our sports shop, bookings and more. You must be very sociable, love meeting new people, cheerful, thorough, engaged, stress-resistant and very service-oriented. The work requires great attention to detail and flexibility. You should contribute your engagement and smile to our guests' well-being, experiences and memories. Meritorious qualifications include: retail/cashier experience, reception experience, experience with the SKIDATA lift ticket system. We call for interviews on a rolling basis.
