At the Rehabilitation Unit, we work in close collaboration with other staff in care and support services within the municipality's special housing facilities, short-term housing, home health care, and home services, as well as for individuals who receive services under LSS. The Rehabilitation Unit serves the entire Härjedalen region and operates from locations in Funäsdalen, Hede, and Sveg.
