About the Staffing Unit Lerum Municipality's Staffing Unit employs temporary workers for positions when regular staff are absent. This can include absence during both shorter and longer periods. As a temporary worker, you are intermittently employed and receive work assignment requests on an ongoing basis. Requests may come the same day, but also with longer notice.
