With us, you will be an important part of home care service development. 3 position(s). DUTIES We are now seeking three dedicated specialist nurses for a major initiative in home care where you combine practical care work with organizational development. This is a permanent full-time position where: • 50% of the position is part of a development project as a specialist nurse • 50% of the position is work in the regular nurse role in ordinary operations. • You work on a shift schedule but have all major public holidays off! The project assignment involves working together with other specialist nurses and management to develop, test, and investigate how the specialist nurse role can be long-term implemented and integrated into the organization. The project assignment also means you have a central role in creating safe and secure care for our service users, working with quality, risk assessments, collaboration, and supporting colleagues in complex cases. For the remaining 50%, you work in the regular nurse role in home care services with both care services and delegated healthcare services. The role also includes collaboration with colleagues, healthcare staff, and families, as well as ongoing organizational development. This combination ensures a grounding in reality and close connection between development and practice. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Has a Specialist Nurse qualification and relevant further education in healthcare and elderly care (vocational college education of at least 200 YH points or equivalent higher education of 60 points). • Has experience working in home care services • Is organized, collaboration-oriented, and interested in development • Wants to be part of developing the future of home care services If you have experience with development projects, mentoring colleagues, or quality work, this is highly meritorious.
