We are now seeking a Foreman for our facility in Kumla who will direct daily operations with a team of approximately 6 people. About the role As Foreman at the solid bulk reception, you will lead and distribute work. The role combines primarily work supervision and also machine operation with administrative tasks related to material flow. Your responsibilities: Daily operations management Unloading and handling incoming material Weighing and registration in business systems Material inspection according to applicable procedures Documentation and deviation management Inventory transfers in business systems Collaboration with transporters, operations, and production You will be part of a team of approximately 6 people. Work is scheduled during daytime, but the team works a 5-shift rotation which may result in varying work hours periodically. Who we are looking for Requirements Experience operating a wheel loader Foreman's license for wheel loader, excavator, and material handler B-class driver's license Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Basic computer proficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Meritorious Experience from industrial or process facilities Experience in waste management or material flows Experience working with business systems As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and have a strong safety mindset. You follow procedures and contribute to good team collaboration.
