Procurement Manager and Assortment Specialist - China & E-commerce

Procurement Manager and Assortment Specialist – China & E-commerce LEVIMIMO AB, Åsbro LEVIMIMO AB is a small retail and commerce company with a physical store in Åsbro. We currently operate mainly as a brick-and-mortar retailer, but are simultaneously developing our e-commerce and sales via Amazon in Sweden, Germany, and France. We are now seeking a person who can handle procurement from China and take responsibility for developing our China-related product assortment. This is a position in a small company. We do not have a large procurement department, marketing department, or administrative organization. You will therefore need to work independently and be prepared to both plan your work and carry out many practical tasks yourself. The workplace is our store in Åsbro and this is not a remote position. Responsibilities Your work will include: sourcing and contacting suppliers in China; requesting and comparing quotes; negotiating prices, delivery times, and other procurement terms; placing and following up on purchase orders; coordinating shipments and international logistics; selecting new products for the Swedish market; managing the company's China-related assortment; monitoring sales, inventory, costs, and margins; planning replenishment and new purchases; testing new products in the physical store and gathering customer feedback; working hands-on with merchandise, displays, shelves, product information, restocking, and inventory within the assortment; assisting with product and assortment planning for the company's Amazon operations in Sweden, Germany, and France. You will need to be able to follow a project from supplier and procurement all the way through to warehouse, product placement, and actual sales.
