Production Worker for Sustainable Food Company in Kimstad - Part-Time

As a production worker, you'll be right in the middle of production. You'll be involved in manufacturing, packing, and quality assuring food products, while also ensuring that the facilities are kept clean, safe, and well-organized. You're self-driven, reliable, and take responsibility without needing anyone breathing down your neck. You thrive when things are happening, enjoy working practically, and have no problem getting your hands dirty when needed. You bring at least one year of work experience and can communicate in Swedish or English. Your tasks will include: Producing and packing food products Ensuring quality and order in production Cleaning and maintaining production areas Handling sacks and packaging WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR This is what we're looking for: Have another primary occupation (studies, part-time job, or similar) Are reliable, self-driven, and get things done Thrive when things are happening and enjoy taking responsibility Have at least 1 year of work experience Speak Swedish or English Meritorious: Experience from production or food industry Forklift certification Familiarity with physical work As part of the process, we conduct background checks on our participants.
