About the Role of Key Account Manager As a Key Account Manager at Best Transport, you will be responsible for developing relationships with both existing and new customers, from prospecting to signed contract. You will be based at the head office at Globen in Stockholm and report to the Sales Manager. Your main responsibilities: · Responsibility for new customer development and further development of existing business · Drive business processes, including quotation work, negotiations, and RFP/RFQ processes · Identify and develop business opportunities within key sectors such as retail, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, etc. · Collaborate closely with internal functions to ensure high customer satisfaction and delivery quality · Ensure continuous order flow and work toward set budget and performance targets · Actively contribute to further developing Best's offering and their position in the market About You We are looking for someone who is confident in the role as a salesperson and who has an established network within the logistics and transport industry. You are a self-driven, structured, and goal-oriented salesperson; you are driven by creating value, both for the customer and for the business, and have a clear focus on results as well as strong and long-term customer relationships. Important for the position: · Documented experience and success in sales to medium-sized and large corporate customers. You can provide clear examples of previous deals that you have closed successfully. · Background in logistics and transport, which means you have a well-developed network within the industry. · Strong ability to identify customer needs and create long-term customer relationships. · Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
