JOB DUTIES A childcare worker has an important role in creating a safe and developmental everyday environment for children in preschool. Through care, play, and pedagogical activities, the childcare worker supports children's learning, curiosity, and social development. The task includes collaborating with colleagues and guardians, contributing to a positive and inclusive environment, and ensuring that each child feels seen, safe, and encouraged to develop according to their own conditions. QUALIFICATIONS • Ability to create security, participation, and good relationships. • A warm, attentive, and respectful demeanor. • Ability to collaborate in work teams and contribute to a positive work environment. • Knowledge of child development, learning, and needs. • Good communication skills when interacting with children, guardians, and colleagues. • Ability to take initiative, be flexible, and adapt work according to the needs of the operation and the children. • Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a structured manner.
