JOB DUTIES
A childcare worker has an important role in creating a safe and developmental everyday for children in preschool. Through care, play and educational activities, the childcare worker supports children's learning, curiosity and social development. The assignment includes collaborating with colleagues and guardians, contributing to a positive and inclusive environment, and ensuring that each child feels seen, safe and encouraged to develop according to their own circumstances.

• Knowledge of child development, learning and needs.

For this position, childcare worker training or equivalent education is required, as well as the ability to work based on the preschool's mission, values and governing documents.
