JOB DUTIES As a temporary substitute, you step in when regular staff are absent. Your work duties vary depending on which area you work in, but the goal is always the same—to create a safe and functioning everyday life for our service users. Here's a brief overview of some of our operational areas: Home Care Services: You support individuals in their own homes with practical tasks (meals, cleaning, laundry), personal care, and medication management via delegation. Requires a B driver's license. Elderly Care Facilities (SÄBO): You work in a team at a residential facility providing comprehensive care around the clock, assisting with meals, and creating meaningful days with social activities. LSS (Group/Service Housing): You support people with disabilities in their homes. The work involves motivating support, clear pedagogy, and participating in leisure activities. We offer work based on operational needs. You control when you want to work by entering your availability in our system, and we match it with our open shifts. QUALIFICATIONS To thrive and succeed as a temporary substitute with us, we're looking for someone with a genuine interest in people, who is responsible and has good teamwork skills. You have a professional manner and can stay calm when circumstances change. Requirements for the position: You must be at least 18 years old. Strong knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to ensure safe communication and documentation. B driver's license (manual/automatic) is an absolute requirement for work within Home Care Services and Residential Support. Desirable qualifications (we consider it a great plus if you have): Trained nursing assistant or ongoing studies in healthcare and nursing/behavioral science. Previous experience working in healthcare, nursing, or support services. Experience working within LSS or specialist competence in neuropsychiatry (NPF). Knowledge of alternative and augmentative communication (AAC), visual supports, or low-arousal approaches (LAB). Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Until further notice, start date: 2026-07-14. In Herrljunga Municipality, full-time work is the norm with the possibility of part-time arrangements.
