About the role We value drive and curiosity in your work as a childcare worker. A day at preschool is filled with different interactions between children and educators. Each interaction is meaningful and part of the child's security, development, and learning. We see that you have strong skills in planning, pedagogical reflection, and following up on children's learning. Our approach is to divide children into smaller groups throughout the day, which supports their well-being, development, and learning. This means you are responsible for implementing and documenting the planned teaching that you have prepared together with your team. Collaboration across the entire preschool is important to us. You are employed at the preschool, not in a specific classroom. Practical requirements You must have childcare worker training, upper secondary education in the care program, children and leisure, or other education deemed equivalent. You have 3-5 years of experience working as a childcare worker. You have knowledge of children's development, rights, and needs. You have strong knowledge of systematic quality work and participate in and contribute to the preschool's systematic quality efforts. You have excellent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a plus. You can work varying hours, including opening and closing shifts. We are currently seeking hourly substitute teachers for our wonderful preschools Lilla Lillgården and Lillgården in Tungelsta, Haninge. About the Role As an hourly substitute teacher at Pysslingen Förskolor, you will work in child groups with children ages 1-5. The need may involve both filling in for shorter absences with the possibility of longer substitute assignments if needed. This means an opportunity for flexible work where your availability determines your schedule. Your work tasks include carrying out activities both indoors and extensively outdoors, as well as assisting regular educators with practical tasks. If hired as an hourly substitute teacher, you must be able to step in as a substitute on short notice when regular staff are absent. This requires that you are responsible and have a great capacity for flexibility, as the work involves quickly adapting to new environments. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and should find it easy to both collaborate and work independently in a work team, and have the ability to contribute together with your colleagues to a functioning operation.
