We are seeking a principal who wants to develop and lead our independent F–6 school with approximately 80 students. For us, the strength of a small school is our greatest asset. About the Position As principal, you have overall responsibility for the school's educational activities, work environment, finances, and personnel. You lead the school's development work and create favorable conditions for staff and students to succeed. The role involves close collaboration with the school board, staff, students, and guardians. You will be a visible and present leader who is a natural part of the school's daily life. Your Responsibilities Lead and develop the school's educational work based on the curriculum and school legislation. Manage operations, quality, personnel, and finances. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Support and develop staff's professional work. Build strong relationships with students, guardians, and the school board. Drive the school's systematic quality work. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has a teacher training degree from higher education. Has experience in educational leadership and preferably in a principal role. Has completed or begun principal training, or is willing to complete it. Is a confident, clear, and relationship-building leader. Has good organizational skills and can combine strategic work with presence in operations.
