About the Role As an assistant, you are the client's secure anchor in everyday life. You support him at home, with personal care, and in daily routines. The client has interests in motor vehicles, music, secondhand items, and coffee breaks, but his daily condition often means he prefers to stay indoors. Your role is to be there as an attentive support and create a meaningful everyday life at home — for example through movies, iPad, board games, or simply calm moments in the house. A central part of the work is being attentive to the client's well-being. When stressed or having difficulty expressing himself, he may show strong frustration. The role therefore requires that you can remain calm, act stably, and guide when the outside world becomes too intense. Your main responsibilities: Personal Support: Assistance with personal care, daily routines, and household management. Activities: Support with shopping, outings, and social situations when his condition allows. Security & Communication: Create structure, prevent stress, and provide low-affect support. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who enjoys working closely with people and wants to provide security, continuity, and excellent care. About the Position We have two available part-time positions, with the opportunity to work extra shifts as needed. It's therefore important that you have the flexibility to work both day and evening shifts. Work hours are: Day shift: 08.00–16.00 Evening shift: 16.00–22.30 As a personal assistant, you are an important support in the client's daily life.
