We are now seeking social pedagogues on hourly contracts for our team at Anneborg HVB. About Us Anneborg HVB is a small and family-like residential facility with seven places, beautifully located in the small town of Lundsbrunn, approximately two miles from both Skara and Lidköping. The unit serves boys aged 14-18 with psychosocial, neuropsychiatric, and psychological difficulties. Anneborg HVB accepts placements under SoL and LVU and can admit boys from across Sweden. The central treatment method is often rePULSE. We also use MI, LAB, the Crime Prevention Program B12, and A-CRA. We also work with social skills training where young people practice social and practical skills through daily activities with staff and other young people. What Do We Offer? About the Role We are seeking social pedagogues on hourly contracts for day, evening, and night shifts. Treatment work/interventions are guided by individual implementation plans. You work in a team with the support of a secure structure and several support functions. Your main responsibilities will include: - treatment interventions - security-creating activities, such as supervision and care - implementing self-care measures - documentation - working with daily operations and well-being at the HVB such as cleaning, cooking, etc. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with previous experience working with people in difficult life situations and who is calm and balanced with a focus on the young people's well-being. As a person, you are solution-focused, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook, are stress-resilient, and are well-suited to work in a sometimes demanding psychosocial work environment. To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you find it easy to build relationships and have good collaboration skills. You have at least a 2-year post-secondary education as a social pedagogue. It is also advantageous if you: - have experience working with treatment for children and young people - have experience with the target group - have experience with rePULSE, MI, A-CRA and/or LAB - have experience with documentation work and medication management We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.
