Product Quality Assurance/Control
A snapshot of your day Imagine starting your day as the Project Quality Assurance lead, where you are an integral part of the project quality team and coordinate all production quality activities for your projects. Your focus will be to ensure that the Finspång factory meets the highest quality standards, based on customer contracts, internal guidelines, and local regulations in preparation for customer inspections. How you will make an impact Serve as the primary contact for project quality within internal production. Plan, coordinate, and prioritize quality activities in production at the Finspång factory. Assist in thoroughly reviewing contracts. Ensure that necessary resources are available to successfully execute the project plan and drive efficiency. Manage customer presence in production and ensure that quality standards are exceeded. Collect and review quality documentation with accuracy and attention to detail to ensure compliance. What you bring An engineering degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy engineering, process engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Several years of work experience within a quality organization or a related field. Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written—this is a requirement. A structured and collaborative personality with strong ability to interact effectively with others. A driven and ambitious team member with the will to drive project success. Experience or training related to the design, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machines, preferably turbines, is an advantage. Imagine leading efforts to perform product risk analyses, reviewing customer contracts, and creating essential project quality documentation. How You'll Make an Impact You will lead the execution of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) requirements for M&U projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with project managers to perform product risk analyses, including Substantial Modification analysis and Risk analysis according to the Machinery Directive. Review and interpret customer contracts to communicate quality delivery expectations effectively within the project. Create, update, and release critical project quality documentation, including the Project Quality Plan and Quality Control Plan. Coordinate with third-party inspections and manage country-specific shipment inspections for certifications, ensuring adherence to CE certification processes. What You Bring You have a degree or equivalent experience in a related field, along with 2-3 years of post-graduate work experience. Your experience includes working with the Machinery Directive and the CE Certification process. You possess strong communication skills and a structured, collaborative approach to problem-solving. You are a proactive team player who can lead or follow as needed, with a resourceful mindset to overcome challenges. Quality Engineer - Electrical Installation
A Snapshot of Your Day As a quality engineer in electrical installation, you work closely with final assembly and follow our gas turbines through the assembly phase. Your daily work combines practical quality assurance with problem-solving, dialogue, and collaboration across multiple disciplines. You become part of an experienced team where members support each other, share knowledge, and constantly strive to elevate quality further. The work is varied – some days you conduct inspections out in the assembly area, other days you coordinate deviations or drive improvements together with colleagues in design, procurement quality, and assembly management. Here you'll apply your technical expertise while contributing to developing our work methods and ensuring that every delivery meets the highest standards. How You'll Make an Impact You will perform ongoing inspections of gas turbines during the assembly phase according to established checklists. Participate in assembly clearances and conduct final inspections before delivery. Handle and coordinate deviation reports and contribute to structured solutions. Provide support to assembly on electrical matters and maintain close dialogue with assembly managers and other disciplines. Strengthen the team's competence through your experience, observations, and improvement suggestions.
