Materials Planner
We are now seeking a structured and analytical Materials Planner who wants to contribute to ensuring that our material flows function smoothly and securely. As a Materials Planner, you have a central role in ensuring efficient material supply in an international industrial operation! Role Description As a Materials Planner, you are responsible for material requirements planning and material supply of strategic products, additives, semi-finished goods from our sister companies, and packaging materials. You work closely with both internal and external suppliers and ensure that the right material is in place at the right time to support production. The role involves significant responsibility for planning, monitoring, and administration in SAP with close collaboration with other internal functions. Key responsibilities include: Create, maintain, and communicate delivery schedules to suppliers Monitor supplier delivery accuracy and ensure agreed delivery dates are met Identify and escalate deviations in the delivery flow Coordinate receipt, labeling, and inventory of materials according to applicable procedures Book transportation for incoming materials and handle packaging return flows Responsible for updates and changes to master data in SAP for current material types Responsible for creation, updating, and maintenance of master data in SAP Conduct inventories and contribute to accurate inventory balances Experience & Requirements Post-secondary education in logistics, procurement, supply chain, production planning, or equivalent field Very good understanding of material requirements planning Experience with material planning in industry Good knowledge of SAP, especially in master data and MRP parameters Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written As a person, we see that you are: Analytical and structured Solution-oriented Have good collaboration skills and are communicative Responsible with the ability to prioritize in a changing environment Meticulous Other Information The role reports to the Planning Manager Application Selection and interviews are ongoing, so the position may be filled before the closing date of the advertisement.
