WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a Senior Social Worker, you are responsible, together with the unit manager, for leading and distributing daily work and providing support and guidance both individually and in groups. Your tasks include ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and based on current knowledge, proven experience, and high quality. You are also responsible for methodological supervision and development within the organization's area. You will also be the person who introduces new employees to the practical work.
