As a quality care assistant, you will provide support and guidance in daily work and be responsible for methodology training. Your duties include staying updated on new legislation/procedures and taking responsibility for implementing these new work methods. You are skilled at creating routines and functioning processes in daily work. In close collaboration with the group leader and unit manager, you will be part of monitoring the unit's goals and results. WORK TASKS: As a quality care assistant, you have expanded responsibility for ensuring that our care is not only good, but maintains high quality. You participate in direct care work, but your unique role means that you are also a strong driving force in our improvement efforts. You become a key person in our quality team and function as the link between overarching goals and practical daily work. Your main responsibilities: Education & Training: You conduct internal training for your colleagues and lead introductions and serve as a mentor for our new employees. Team Meetings & Collaboration: You are an active and driving force in the unit's quality team and at team meetings. You work closely with the unit manager, licensed personnel, and other employees to achieve our goals. Implementation of New Procedures: You take major responsibility for introducing new work methods and procedures and ensuring they are followed by staff. You ensure improvements move from planning to practical action. Quality Assurance: You drive values-based work, ensure that implementation plans maintain high standards, and increase knowledge about social documentation, and monitor developments in digital technology. Direct Care: You spend much of your time in practical care work, where you serve as a role model in close work with our service users. QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant with at least 2 years of experience in care work and experience with Senior Alert, BPSD, and the various ombudsman roles required in home care services. You are an unpretentious team player with high flexibility. Your great professional pride serves as an inspiration to the team, and you seamlessly transition between close care and strategic development. The role requires you to be comfortable speaking in front of groups and be able to facilitate structured meetings. Thanks to your pedagogical nature, you have an easy time guiding others and creating engagement in the staff group. It is meritorious if you have experience with the Lifecare management system and extensive experience with social documentation. It is also meritorious if you have previously worked with digital development within welfare technology. A driver's license is required.
