We primarily need coverage for evenings where overnight on-call duties are included, as well as coverage for certain weekends and weekdays. The target population we work with is men and women aged 21 and above with harmful substance use and addiction, and sometimes in combination with mental health issues. About Us Our work focuses primarily on social support measures recommended by the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare, where employment and stable housing are often key factors in achieving success in treatment and maintaining sobriety. We also work to build networks and create new positive contexts for individuals, such as internships, employment, and leisure interests that can continue after they move on from us. Using Case Management methodology, we also help coordinate with other agencies such as psychiatry, the employment office, or health and medical services to get a comprehensive understanding of the individual. In our operations, we use several methods to achieve holistic care. We believe that the foundation for all development is creating trustworthy relationships and allowing these relationships to exist over time. Job Responsibilities As a treatment assistant with us, the work often involves helping to maintain a functioning daily rhythm with sleep and daytime activities, exercise, and other activities. The work means offering residents fixed structures and routines, predictability, and relationships with trustworthy adults. Our housing has 8 places and there is time and space to provide comprehensive support and work with a process-oriented approach. We work on building networks and new positive contexts for individuals to be in, such as internships, employment and leisure interests that can continue after the individual moves on from us. Using Case Management methodology, we help coordinate with other agencies such as psychiatry, employment services or healthcare to gain a comprehensive understanding of the individual. In our operations, we also work with several methods to achieve a holistic approach adapted to where the individual is at and offer further training based on needs. We believe that the foundation for all development is to create trusting relationships and to allow these relationships to exist over time. Work tasks As a coordinator with us, you are involved in daily work which includes helping to maintain a functioning daily rhythm with sleep and daytime activities, exercise and other activities. The work involves offering residents fixed structures and routines, predictability and relationships with trustworthy adults. In addition, you conduct individual meetings with clients where you oversee overall planning and coordination around the individual based on where they are. This may involve coordinating contacts around the individual's network, finding housing, work, etc. and being a driver to move the process forward. In short, it is about providing the right support at the right time. This means you support clients in carrying out daily routines and catching their wellbeing and challenges they encounter. You need to be experienced in documentation and able to write reports, which is an important part of the position. It is also good if you are community-oriented and know where to turn for various issues since there will be a lot of collaboration both internally and externally. Our residence has 10 places and there is time and space to provide comprehensive support and work in a process-oriented manner. Working hours can be adapted to some extent, but sometimes you will work evenings or have overnight shifts and we also work every third weekend.
