We offer you: an engaging job on the move working alongside great colleagues opportunities for development within CityMail in the long term proximity to the workplace We are looking for someone who: is at least 18 years old has basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing has a class B driver's license or moped license enjoyed working with physical tasks is comfortable operating vehicles that you hold a license/permit for (bicycle, moped, car) It is a plus if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important factor. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does the work day look like? Operations are open on weekdays excluding holidays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparation of the day's deliveries, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages. Then deliveries are made within the area. We primarily use e-bikes for deliveries, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. When all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administrative tasks and preparation for the next day's work together with your colleagues. Type of Employment This position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scope, depending on the day and need. We prefer that you are available to work up to full-time hours during daytime. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, your employment will begin with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A wage scale applies to both permanent and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation compensation) which corresponds to 134 kr (excl. 12% vacation compensation). Interested?
