Head Waiter at Brösarps Gästgifveri & SPA We are now looking for our new head waiter at Brösarps Gästgifveri & SPA as our current one embarks on new adventures. Brösarps Gästgifveri, at the gateway to beautiful Österlen, is a family-owned operation with a well-known restaurant, SPA, hotel, and conference facilities. We care for both our employees and our guests. We naturally have a collective agreement and are proud members of VISITA. To thrive with us at Gästis, you need to enjoy a fast-paced environment, provide excellent service, and help out wherever needed in the restaurant. The position includes: Shifting leadership during your work shifts Ordering beverages and supplies Inventorying and restocking beverages Communication with the kitchen regarding menus, etc. Ensuring that routines are followed Standard serving duties We believe that you: Have experience with similar tasks for several years. Experience in team leadership is a requirement. Want to work at a place with many guests year-round. Have a strong interest in food and wine The position is operational and you are usually off every other weekend. Spa Attendant
We are seeking a new star who can welcome our guests in the SPA department with personal warmth, generosity, joy, and care. We are a family business that has been run by the same management for over 30 years, with many staff members who have been with us from the start. We are constantly developing and growing steadily, and therefore need more employees. We have a very popular restaurant, a well-visited SPA, and a highly appreciated conference facility, as well as 32 rooms at the hotel. We have expanded our SPA with new pools, sauna, and an orangery and are therefore looking for you who want to be part of this journey. Today we primarily work with Maria Åkerberg. The position we can offer is a permanent employment at 40-80% depending on who we find for the role. Regardless of the size of the position, every other weekend work is included, and working hours are scheduled between 8:00-20:00 depending on season and occupancy. With us, you sometimes work long days of 10-11 hours but are instead off for more days per week. Start date for the position is by agreement but preferably as soon as possible. We are looking for someone who is positive, orderly, and responsible with great commitment to people. The position involves providing our guests with the best possible experience and taking care of them as if they were your own guests at home, but this also includes daily routines; product sales, answering the phone, making bookings, and taking care of our relaxation area as well as light cleaning. We see that you are a person who: • Is orderly, punctual, has high work ethic and a sense of service. You enjoy mixing drinks • Understands that collaboration and team spirit create value for the guest and for yourself • Has good social competence and a cheerful disposition • Has a genuine interest in people and service Your background, age, etc. is completely unimportant - what matters is that you are the right person! Brösarps Gästgifveri is a family business on Österlen with a SPA, hotel, restaurant, and conference services. We're open almost every day of the year and we're often very busy. We're looking for someone who is stress-resistant, service-minded, friendly, and positive. We offer both a Daily Special and à la Carte options as well as our evening menu. We'd be happy to tell you more about the position. We're looking for someone interested in a position between 75-100% (we'll determine the exact employment level together).
