We are seeking a new star who can welcome our guests in the SPA department with personal warmth, generosity, joy, and care. We are a family business that has been run by the same management for over 30 years, with many staff members who have been with us from the start. We are constantly developing and growing steadily, and therefore need more employees. We have a very popular restaurant, a well-visited SPA, and a highly appreciated conference facility, as well as 32 rooms at the hotel. We have expanded our SPA with new pools, sauna, and an orangery and are therefore looking for you who want to be part of this journey. Today we primarily work with Maria Åkerberg. The position we can offer is a permanent employment at 40-80% depending on who we find for the role. Regardless of the size of the position, every other weekend work is included, and working hours are scheduled between 8:00-20:00 depending on season and occupancy. With us, you sometimes work long days of 10-11 hours but are instead off for more days per week. Start date for the position is by agreement but preferably as soon as possible. We are looking for someone who is positive, orderly, and responsible with great commitment to people. The position involves providing our guests with the best possible experience and taking care of them as if they were your own guests at home, but this also includes daily routines; product sales, answering the phone, making bookings, and taking care of our relaxation area as well as light cleaning. We see that you are a person who: • Is orderly, punctual, has high work ethic and a sense of service. You enjoy mixing drinks • Understands that collaboration and team spirit create value for the guest and for yourself • Has good social competence and a cheerful disposition • Has a genuine interest in people and service Your background, age, etc. is completely unimportant - what matters is that you are the right person!
