Head Coach 60%

Do you want to inspire and develop the figure skaters of the future? We are looking for an engaged and driven figure skating coach at 60% who wants to be part of creating training joy, community, and development for our children and youth. With us, you will have a key role in the operation as head coach for skaters aged approximately 4–20 years. We are seeking someone who is passionate about developing both people and performance and who wants to help shape the future of our club. About the club We are approximately 80 skaters who train at the ice rink in Åstorp town center both on weekdays and weekends, ranging from beginner groups to competitive groups. Learn more at astorpkonstakning.se About the role As head coach you will: Plan and lead training sessions for children and youth at different levels. Create a safe, inspiring, and developmental training environment. Support skaters in their individual development, both on and off the ice. Collaborate with the board, parents, and any other coaches to create a well-functioning operation. Be an important role model and leader in the club. Who are you? We believe that you: Have experience in figure skating and the coaching role. Preferably hold Step 2 certification, or have equivalent experience and competence. Are positive, engaged, and enjoy working with children and youth. Have the ability to create motivation, development, and training joy. Want to be part of building a strong and long-term operation.
