About the Role

Your Responsibilities
As a planner, you work with designing and developing electrical distribution networks within local grids (0.4–24 kV). You create the conditions for safe and efficient project implementation and become a central link between technology, project management, and the field.
You will, among other things:
Design overhead lines, underground cable networks, and substations
Develop technical solutions and perform network calculations
Work on cost estimates and documentation for quotations and bids
Engage in dialogue with landowners, customers, authorities, and internal functions
Take responsibility for documentation, follow-up, and quality assurance
You'll become part of an inclusive and supportive team where knowledge is shared and collaboration is in focus. Work takes place both from the office and out in the field, in close collaboration with project managers, service managers, and technicians. This gives you a varied day-to-day with both technical and social elements.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, we see that you appreciate working both independently and with others, and that you contribute to a positive work environment. You are thorough, well-organized, and feel confident taking responsibility for your tasks.
We know you'll develop together with us. But we'd like to see that you already have:
Electrical engineering education or equivalent work experience
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Driver's license category B
Experience working with digital tools and an interest in technology
It's a merit if you also have:
Experience with overhead lines, underground cable networks, and substations
Experience as a planner or distribution electrician
Knowledge of EBR, design, cost estimation, or bid work
Experience with contract management and construction law
Basic knowledge of English

Work Location: Arvidsjaur or Arjeplog. Please indicate your preferred location in your application.
