JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an outside sales representative with us, your goal is to build long-term relationships to drive sales with new and existing customers. The role is pleasantly dynamic where you, with pace, quick decisions, energy, and relationship-building, contribute to Chefs Culinar's and our customers' mutual success. As an outside sales representative, you are part of a solution-oriented team that constantly focuses on the customer. In Gothenburg, you have wonderful colleagues who are happy to share their experience and knowledge. Our warehouse and head office are located in Malmö, but you will conduct your daily work from your home office or from your car. QUALIFICATIONS You are self-directed and have a good ability to structure, plan, and follow up. Paper and pen are all well and good, but for your work to function, you need to be able to handle our various digital tools. For this, you will need to use your knowledge of Microsoft 365 and your curiosity to continuously learn more. You are action-oriented and like to get things done. You strive to work proactively, seek out what you need yourself, and take responsibility for your customers, your business, and your development in a sound and professional manner. Your previous experience in field sales will benefit you in your daily work. We see you as a humble team player, preferably with a background in the restaurant industry. You like to inspire those around you and together create mutual success. Of course, you are able to communicate in both Swedish and English, whether spoken or written. If you speak additional languages, we look forward to learning about your skills in this area. We love—just like you—to constantly learn new things.
