About the Position We're looking for a nursing assistant with expanded administrative responsibilities who wants to be an important part of our team. The role involves a 50/50 split between practical care work and administrative tasks. You'll work daytime hours, Monday–Friday, and serve as a close support to the operations manager in daily operations. Your Responsibilities Provide safe and professional care to our clients. Plan and coordinate daily activities. Work with staffing and schedule planning. Maintain ongoing contact with staff, clients, and relatives. Ensure efficient planning and high-quality service delivery. Support the operations manager with administrative matters. Contribute to development, structure, and good collaboration in the organization. We're Looking for You If You Are a trained nursing assistant. Have experience from home care or similar care services. Are organized, solution-oriented, and responsible. Enjoy combining administrative work with direct client care. Have good computer skills and learn new systems easily. Are communicative and enjoy collaboration.
