Facility Cleaner at Sweax in Stockholm North

About the Role We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, who enjoys facility cleaning and wants to be an important part of our team within property services. Facility cleaning is an appreciated and central part of our work, and our customers consist primarily of housing cooperatives. In this role, your focus will mainly be on stairwell cleaning, basement cleaning, and other facility maintenance in property environments. The work may also include window cleaning and other tasks depending on customer needs and the scope of the assignment. You will work both with colleagues and independently, which is why we are looking for someone who is comfortable with both. You take responsibility for your work, are meticulous about details, and want to deliver results that both you and the customer can be satisfied with. For us, the work environment is important. Work Tasks In this role, you will work with: Stairwell cleaning in residential buildings Cleaning of basements and common areas Facility maintenance in property environments Window cleaning as needed Ongoing contact with customers and residents Ensuring that work is performed with high quality Contributing to a pleasant and well-maintained environment for our customers We Are Looking for Someone Who Has previous experience with facility cleaning, preferably in property environments Enjoys working physically and taking responsibility for your tasks Is meticulous, self-directed, and has an eye for detail Has a good sense of service and customer interaction Feels comfortable working both independently and with others Is organized and sees what needs to be done Has good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Holds a B-class driver's license with manual transmission Is at least 18 years old Merits It is advantageous if you have: Experience with facility cleaning in housing cooperatives or similar property environments Knowledge or experience with window cleaning Experience working closely with customers and residents Familiarity with using various cleaning machines, tools, and equipment Personal Qualities Your personality is just as important as your experience.
