Work with rich longitudinal datasets, integrating transcriptomics, metabolomics, proteomics, microbiome, clinical data, and health registry information to uncover disease molecular mechanisms, identify predictive biomarkers, and develop novel analytical approaches for personalized healthcare.
We offer:
• Fully funded doctoral study position (enrolling in a doctoral program at one of Latvia's universities)

Requirements
• Master's degree in microbiology, molecular biology, bioinformatics, veterinary medicine, animal science, environmental science, biotechnology, or related fields
• Interest in computational biology, multi-omics data analysis, and translating complex biomedical data into meaningful clinical insights
• Basic knowledge of molecular biology and microbial genomics
• Strong communication and scientific writing skills in English
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a research team
