About the Role
As Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for our service operations in Värmland with placement in Karlstad. You will lead an engaged team consisting of mechanics, field service manager, and administrative staff.
Your mission is to create the conditions for an efficient and profitable operation where safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development are in focus. You report to the Regional Manager South and are an important part of the region's continued development.
Your Main Areas of Responsibility
Lead, coach, and develop employees and operations
Responsible for budget, results, and profitability
Ensure high quality in our service delivery
Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
Plan and follow up work within workshop and field service
Drive improvement initiatives and efficient working methods
Responsible for work environment, safety, and compliance with our processes
Who Are You?
We believe you are a confident leader who enjoys taking responsibility and achieving results through other people. You have experience leading operations with personnel and budget responsibility, preferably within service, technology, construction, automotive, or workshop industries.
