About the Position As a service technician, you will work with maintenance, service, troubleshooting, and repairs of Caterpillar's product line of engines and generator sets. Our customers are found in the industrial, marine, and power generation segments, and you will work primarily on-site at customer locations in the field. You will work from home but report to our depot in Gävle. Your Background: - Specialized expertise in service and maintenance of similar product lines - Several years of experience as a service technician - Knowledge of engine/generator design and operation - Technical secondary school or equivalent - Good computer skills - Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - B-class driver's license is required - Electrical knowledge is required Additional merits if you have experience with automation and control systems management.
