Assistant Store Manager

Description:

We are looking for an active and responsible colleague to join our team who will help us coordinate the daily operations of the store and be able to stand in for the store manager during their absence. Your responsibilities will include: - coordinating activities in the store and supporting the store manager, - restocking, preparing and displaying merchandise, - working at the cash register (but not spending the entire day there), - customer service and creating a pleasant atmosphere in the store, - overseeing the cleanliness and appearance of the store so that customers and colleagues feel comfortable, - administrative work and other tasks as directed by the store manager. We are looking for someone who is independent, reliable, and enjoys working with people and in a retail environment. Working hours Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:30 (subject to agreement), Saturday work 08:00 - 14:00. Did you know that the textile industry is the second largest polluter in the world?
