We are looking for a skilled and reliable person who will gradually learn the entire production process, independently manage key work on the stuffer machine, and help with order dispatch. Job responsibilities: operation, assembly and cleaning of the stuffer machine, meat preparation, meat spraying, operation of smokers, cleaning of production areas, and preparing orders for dispatch. We are looking for: a manually skilled person who can work independently. Starting salary: 30,000 Kč gross per month. After successful onboarding, salary increase with performance bonuses up to 10,000 Kč per month depending on independence, mastery of production processes, work quality, and work attitude.
